I ordered some headphones direct from Bose and then need to cancel my order.Tried to email, no response. Chased via email and get an automated response to call them. Try to call them and the line is dead.Placed my order last week, it now shows as completed but with no tracking info.This is the WORST customer service ever. How Bose are still in business I will never know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
