I'm very surprised to see all the bad reviews on here, I have read most of them and some of the reviews are shocking to hear. However on this occasion I have to say that my experience with Bose customer service was exceptional, and I thought considering the bad reviews I had to leave my review of my experience to let people know Bose can be good as well. I have purchased Bose wireless soundsport earphones for myself more than 2 years ago, excellent sound quality but I had issues with the battery life just coming up to a year of using it- once fully charged and using the earphones on route to work the battery goes down significantly, one time from 100% down to 28% and my commute to work is only 30 minutes! I contacted Bose via Whatsapp to explain, and they took my details, serial number etc and they were happy for it to be replaced! Easy process for it to be sent to Belgium, packing slip and instructions were sent to follow. And it took about 2 weeks delivery from initial contact to me receiving the new headphones- perfect!Just recently I accidentally placed my newish earphones on the kitchen counter and part of the wire of the earphones was placed on top of my electric hob not realising the cooker was just recently used by my partner, therefore the rubber casing had melted!!- fuming!!!!I had no idea if Bose could help as there was no way I could have fixed this myself. So I thought I'd get in contact with them anyway but this time I think it was via support, under service and repairs on the website. They replied back to me pretty much instantly and advised me to send my damaged earphones and they will be able to replace them!! Again they emailed me the packing slip to be sent to Belgium via free post UPS and it only just arrived yesterday which took exactly 12 days to arrive!!!I'm hoping to have no issues with these new ones, as I want to evaluate the battery life on these wireless soundsports. The previous ones have been fine since damaging them but I'm hoping to see the battery life will be fine in the long run. Thanks Bose for your customer service! I hope you guys read this and look into consistently giving this type of service to all your customers having read poor reviews on trustpilot. My earphones only costs about £130, yet other products can go up to thousands, so you should consider looking into your customers reviews. Service and after sales is very important in a business, it should be consistently top notch considering the prices of your products.
