I had an issue with the cushions for my Bose headphones falling off. I spent days on a customer service WhatsApp service, mostly getting messages asking several times for my serial number, even though I had given this in the first instance of my complaint. Most of the reply’s came in the middle of the night. Due to the time difference of the customer service people handling my complaint.Finally on the 23rd of October I received confirmation that they would replace the headphone cushions free of charge... yippee I thought.It’s now the 27th of November and I have recurved nothing from them... so I went onto their WhatsApp service to complain again and guess what? They want my serial number!!!!I have several pieces of Bose Audi equipment in my house, which I intent to change for a more reliable supplier...
