I'm so surprised to see all the bad reviews here and feel sorry for all people with bad experiences. However on this occasion I have to say that my experience with Bose customer service was 2nd to none!I popped into the Bose shop in town with a pair of wireless earphones that weren't charging (the reason I did this was navigating the websites wasnt easy but I'm not reviewing that). I was told due to lockdown it would be quicker if I called customer service, which they gave me the number for.I called the number and from there everything was easy and straightforward. The earphones were still in warranty, so I was informed I'd receive a new pair.I sent off the broken 1's a couple of days ago and I've just received an email with the delivery date for a new pair.The customer service representative was so lovely and helpful. The whole process was so easy!I think this shows you maybe need to go old school and speak to a human for a better chance of a 5* experience
