This company does not respond to emails.Their website seems honest and eager to associate itself with green values as they indicate they do not even accept returns but ask that the customer donate unwanted items and send proof of that donation to receive a refund. That's a good thing but it doesn't work if they don't respond to messages. I sense it might be a one or two person company with no HQ and no one on customer service for sure. The item I bought doesn't work so I don't even really want to donate it but in this case I will take my loss and do a more thorough look prior to purchasing next time.
