Boslla's response to me is slightly different than the response that they sent to Trustpilot. the following is the last part of their response to me."...Now we would like to matter further and assist you with a replacement. For the new order of 9005 LED bulbs, you mentioned that one light bulb can't connect to the socket, you tested this bulb on the passenger, and the driver's 2 sides all can't connect. But another bulb connects to the 2 sides all can connect, right?Could you provide us with the connect plug of the 2 new bulbs for inspection? We would to help to confirm whether there is a problem with the bulb plug.If confirm it after we'll send you the new replacement ASAP, it can work it for you?"They actually want me to remove a perfectly good connector from my car and send it to them to evaluate it to see if it is bad rather than me sending them their bulb to see if it's bad. Once again an unreasonable response so that they don't have to honor a warranty.I am done dealing with these people since it is a waste of time and money. Truly a company that refuses to check their parts to see if they can fit the application. Cutting a connector that works perfectly fine off my car to see why their bulb doesn't fit is absurd.
