Worst customer service. When I was on 7 day free trial,they were prompt to reply from support desk. They promised me that there will be someone from their side who will help me in setting up of everything via Anydesk. Now ,the scenario is different after I purchased the service. They hardly respond to my questions (Even when the frequency of asking questions is just one to two questions per week). Nobody is available for onboarding. Don't waste your hard earned money.
