It's truly disheartening that I have to write this review. The service has been quite frustrating; I've been trying to cancel just one transaction and request a refund for a week now. Instead of a resolution, I received an email stating that my issue has been escalated. How is that helpful? This isn't the first time I've faced problems with this platform. Now, I can only wait and see if they will refund my money since the recipient hasn't received it either.
