I purchased v3 and v4, v3 was good. I paid an extra £2k for v4 based on a number of additional features but when it came to it, they sent the bot which was fine, but the details didn't make sense. Now it does, v4 is unavailable.
When i was pushing for support and asking questions anyone would ask, i was "removed from their support list". before this they were constantly promising updates that never came.
Since then the omega bot has been labelled permanently unavailable.
They do not do refunds either so i wasted 2.5k and they will not even support me with v3 and just remove me from telegram.
If they are happy to actually support me i will remove this review.
This experience was a few months ago but as the telegram history is removed i can't state exactly.
