The pillow arrived relatively quickly considering the company is located in New Zealand. The pillow has made a big difference in my ability to sit while I recover from surgery in my groin. When I received the pillow in the mail it was folded in half and very tightly wrapped in plastic. So tightly that it still has lumps in it even though I've been using it for about a week now and it shows now signs of evening out. So, I appreciate the pillow, but I suggest they not store it folded.
