Ordered a set of products from them which are of reasonable quality but not worth the price. I was then charged for a repeat order via a subscription that I didn't intend to sign up to; emailed asking for this to be cancelled and they said this wasn't possible and the products would have to be returned following receipt of them. I replied saying no problem and requested a free returns label (as written on their website).Since then, I've sent seven emails over the course of a month trying to organise a returns label, yet this still hasn't happened. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I've never had such a complicated experience of organising a product return. The products are reasonable but the customer service is dire.
