Absolutely appalling. It is now after the last delivery date (bought on amazon) - YESTERDAY it said it had "likely been delivered today." Left review on amazon to that effect and they responded - unhelpfully - at once just to say it had been dispatched and said tracking information has been provided by email. The only email information was "dispatched on 15th Dec," That is NOT tracking information. Amazon says only the seller can provide tracking info, so.... And why is there no way to contact them directly. I am posting about them again here as I can't add a comment on the amazon site.
