Wouldn't recommend using this company

Wouldn't recommend using this company. I placed an order as part of my grandsons Xmas present on amazon. I happened to check amazon that said boulevard online was using their own couriers and couldn't provide tracking details. I checked a day later and there was a message stating SHOULD OF BEEN DELIVERED YESTERDAY!. Emailed the company and didn't get any response until I escalated the problem to Amazon customer services. Was then told it had gone missing, and did I want a replacement. Then told there would be a delay as no stock, I requested a replacement. Days later I get a note saying I'm getting a refund and then a call from the seller saying no stock and ill get a full refund.
