I purchased a chair in July 2024. Just over a year later, the backrest completely broke. The welded bracket that connects the chair to the adjustment arm failed. I’ve contacted support, but since it’s just past the one-year mark and they charge for an extended warranty, I’m awaiting their response. The quality of these chairs doesn’t seem to justify their price, as the metal bracket appears poorly made.
