The dress arrived, looked nothing like the picture, was made from cheap polyester material, threads coming out of the seams. The size was huge, too. I contacted them for a return, they came back with an offer of store credit. I looked on their website and honestly could not find anything I liked, so insisted on the return and refund. They came back with offer of a partial refund, explained that the return is costly as it must come back to China. I pointed out that their website indicated a return address in the Netherlands, so the item should be returned there. They disappeared and ceased all communication. Luckily I managed to raise a dispute through by credit card provider and received a refund. Stay away from this brand, they mis-sell and give false advertising and it s impossible to return things.
