I ordered an item from Boutique Elegance in Montreal and the quality was laughable. I wanted to support it because it was Canadian. When I tried to return it as soon as I opened the item, they gave me the run around and the offered me credit on their site instead. I wanted my money back and so finally after weeks of communication this was their response: We understand that our offer may not have met your expectations.
