I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress that turned out to be poor quality and requested a refund. I followed their returns policy exactly, including sending the item back to an address in China at my own expense.The return has been stuck in Chinese customs since 20/06/2025 because the recipient hasn’t paid the customs charges to accept the parcel. Despite this, the company has made no effort to resolve the issue or communicate with me.I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer service team, but I’ve received no response. Their website claims they respond within 24 hours, but that is simply not true.Overall, the returns process has been frustrating, expensive, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
