I had to give one star to write a review. I have been trying to return my dresses and given the run around. The fabric is cheap, and poorly made. They do not fit. I never thought to check reviews from a company unknown to me, my big mistake. First I was asked in one email to identify the dresses I was returning, then they would send me the return details. I did that. Next email they said, I could keep the dresses and they would give me 10% off and a 20$ gift card towards the next purchase. I responded no, why would I want dresses that don’t fit, they also said I would have to pay for the return. No problem I told them. I waited a few more days, no contact. I contacted them and firmly requested the return information. The last email today, repeated the 10% off, that it would be easier for me, as well they are going against their initial policy of no returns or exchanges. I just sent them a scathing email. I have also contacted PAYPAL , who I paid through. They are reviewing. As of right now, I have 3 dresses I can not wear. And no dress to wear to the event I’m attending, since my money is tied up in these dresses. Also this company is not in Montreal, I believe they are in China. They are fraudulently misleading customers.In all my many on line purchases I have never had any problems. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE MISLEADING AND SELL POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH!
