I received a defective pant. The pant was also not the same as what was advertised on their website. Website states free returns for defective items. Sent photos to them with my refund request. Company’s first reply is that they have sent the replacement. And they stated there are no free returns. I sent them a page from their website that states the free returns. I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. You are going to be scammed. After I received my purchase I did some research. They state they are Canadian based yet head office is in Holland and items come from China. Emails have a male Scandinavian name yet they are signed by ‘Jenny’. The product is cheaply made, their sizes are off and the pant was short. Check reviews on any online purchases.
