I've used this service many times without issues. Unfortunately, for my latest order, I paid for next day delivery for a gift for a retiring colleague. This did not happen, and I waited all afternoon with my gates open. The delivery service claims they couldn't deliver, which is completely false as they made no attempt at all. I won't order again unless they use a reliable courier.
