Unprofessional practices.I asked to cancel an order (not yet shipped) which is permitted both through the retailer’s terms and conditions and the distance selling regulations. I was told that I cannot cancel it as the retailer that the store buys the stock from won’t let them cancel. When I pointed out that it’s not my issue and the law allows me to cancel it was met with disdain and I was ‘banned’ from future purchases (not that I would make any).The store also illegally withheld a card processing fee of £1.55 from my refund.Amateur operation. Avoid at all costs.
