I purchased a ring from Boutique Ottoman, and it was clearly damaged in transit. After contacting them, I had a response within under an hour and they arranged a remedy immediately. Despite the initial product arriving damaged, I have to give them 5 stars with how quickly they sorted it. The quality of the received product is fantastic, also.I believe some people are just incapable of reading when I see them complain that "free shipping" doesn't mean "I don't have to pay any import fees for the product I chose to order internationally", this is a potential given with any item ordered internationally..
