I purchased 3 rings from this company, but one was shipped of a different size. After contacting the company for a refund, they asked me to fill up a form on their site and ship the ring back for them to get a refund. I shipped the ring back to them, and after spending another $45 for shipment, the package was returned to me after 45 days because it was not picked up. I wrote back to them and included photos of the returned unopened package, and of course no answer. WHAT A FRAUD of a company!
