I ordered a rug from you specifically because of the advertised design and brand. What I received was not the rug I ordered — completely different in color and look and from a different vendor. Your company only offers store credit after I pay the return shipping costs for a large, heavy rug, which will be extremely expensive.Mistakes happen, but this is not how a reputable company should handle them. I would appreciate an apology, a prepaid return label, or a full refund for their error. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. I will be happy to send pictures of the label on the back of the rug. What I thought I was ordering was Livabliss Amelie. That is not what I got!!
