DO NOT USE BOVIS HOMES!!!!They were AMAZING before I paid but on moving day they refused to give me the keys before 5pm despite telling me on the phone (recorded call as well) that I could have them at 1pm as a "good will gesture". The sales agent made my partner cry on our moving day as well because of how rude she was AND they simply do not care about customers once you have paid. This company are tragic and its no wonder they lost millions due to a fine for misselling. We have countless examples of things we were promised by sales that simply weren't true and have never come to fruition. Bovis Homes need investigating as the sale methods and aftersales process are criminal.
