I have two charges from this company. I do not recall opening an account with them. I am disputing the most recent charge of $34.95. I cannot login to their website since I do not know my username or password. Their 800 number gives a recorded message from a woman with British accent saying the mailbox is full. The method for recovering username/password does not recognize my e-mail, which makes me wonder how they set up an account for me.
