This company was instructed to deal with my brothers estate when he passed away December 24Very unprofessional making a series of mistakes / schoolboy errors in dealing with his wishes, causing more upset to an already very upsetting situation.1. Giving the beneficiaries wrong information as to value of their bequests.2. Giving wrong information as to timelines to deal with the distribution as my brothers estate.3. Not replying to emails or giving partial reply’s 4. No consistency or appointment person dealing with relatives questions or queries.This companies apathetic approach dealing with our family whilst we were suffering the grief/ bereavement of my brother is appalling.Avoid this company !!!!!
