Very rude. Simply wanted to have an appointment to discuss things properly as my situation is a little complicated. Was told “Not really, I’m very busy. Tell me on the phone now”. I asked if I could organise at least a phone call appointment later in the week so I can get things together. His reply was “No, I’m busy I don’t mean to be rude but I think you should use a different Solicitor as you’ve been in twice already”. I only went in before to collect paperwork that they had asked me to!!! Really disgusted.
