We recently moved house and B&B dealt with our sale and purchase. We also used them on a previous move, six years ago.Where do I start? EXCELLENT and attentive service from Natasha and Laura!When planning for this move, I did consider using one of the online solicitors that have a central call-centre type setup. It would have saved us a couple of hundred pounds but I'm SO GLAD I didn't! Unfortunately, our first-time buyer did use an online solicitor up in Bradford I think and it was a total nightmare. Our buyer, B&B and our estate agent simply couldn't ever get to talk to anyone. It was clear they had too many clients or not enough staff and rarely replied to anyone. Natasha at B&B did say that at one point she had 14 unrelpied to emails. It certainly cost us a couple of extra months as they repeatedly brought up queries and then said they had been resolved to then bring them up again and waste time.This certainly wasn't the experience we had with Natasha and B&B - Natasha or Laura were always available and responded sometimes within minutes and maximum within a day. We had many conversations and Natasha clearly explained the processes and where we stood with the issues caused by the online solicitor. It was great to have that support and guidance through an incredibly stressful experience, all caused by the buyers' solicitor.I would wholeheartedly recommend Natasha and the team.
