Product was purchased from said website. Order wasn't correctly processed via their e-commerce form due to CAPTCHA malfunction. Backed out of order and closed everything in it's entirety and minutes later I receive an e-mail from my financial institution that funds have been taken/placed on hold, despite the order not completing correctly.No confirmation e-mail, no record of any order in the linked account with said establishment.Opened a chat prompt to speak with whom I can only assume was the owner as the company is smaller in nature, and after explaining my issue I was greeted with "we have no record of the order on our end, or via our PayPal". To which I quickly explained is absolute nonsense as the funds are pending from my bank. I maintained transcripts of the chat for transparency as well to speak to the legitimacy of the issue and poor professional conduct by the business. Based on the language used I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously or treated like a potential customer who's already facing a serious issue.Bank called and dispute process has been started pending if the funds actually leave the account they were linked to. PayPal will also be involved if required.Egregiously poor customer service and the way this individual interacted with me after such a huge miss is nothing short of unacceptable. I will -never- use this merchant again and have advised over 20K+ people in the bowling community to do the same.
