The experience dealing with Box Genie has been quite disappointing. The customer service department seems to be overwhelmed and difficult to get timely responses back. The boxes took longer then promised but the real problem was that even with me calling several times and emailing to make sure the shipping addresses were correct, they shipped the boxes to the wrong address. Mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating that they are dragging there feet resolving the problem. I explained the severity of the boxes not being sent to the proper address, you would think that after they realized they made a mistake they would stay in communication and help. Unfortunately I feel like I am on my own. Calling my credit card company if they do not resolve in a timely manner or respond in a timely manner.
