Had a weird experience with them. They quoted us a custom box and then we sent them a sample of our product and our current box (at our own expense) to make sure that they could match our current specs and the quality of our current box. After sending them everything, I followed up with them at least 3 times and never received a response to any of my emails. They just ghosted us!
