Once I made the purchase I received a link to complete the survey for my delivery preferences. My delivery location is very rural and not easy to find, so after I entered all the information, I called customer service to give additional info, the rep was very friendly and assured me the delivery driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival.On delivery day the driver called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, I met him a few minutes from my property and lead him into the location.The driver was great, he was very efficient and accurate.The container was clean and in the condition promised.If I ever need another container I would use them again.
