So I had two 40ft containers delivered and the first one was a good container with no issues. The 2nd container was a much different experience. First the delivery driver didn’t put it in the spot I had graded out for the container to go and then the right container door was extremely hard to open. The vertical bars are clearly bent which you can clearly see in the pictures I sent boxhub and they still didn’t want to come fix it. The delivery driver said to put grease and it would be fine but that wasn’t the case. After calling boxhub to let them know what my problem was I just got the run around and having to jump thru hoops to let them see my complaint. After weeks of going back and forth with boxhub they offered me 500 bucks back. Was a nice gesture but all I wanted was a container that my wife could open without me being at the house. Now she can’t use it and I will always have to be the one to deal with the container. PLEASE READ THERE FINE PRINT CUZ THEY SAY ITS IN THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU COULD GET A CONTAINER THAT IS HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. ALSO THERE MONEY BACK GUARANTEED IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT BACK THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 2200 to SHIP IT BACK WHEN I PAYED 3k FOR THE CONTAINER. WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WHEN DEALING WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
