Bad Support, Bad Expensive Products. Avoid this Company

We bought a shelving unit from Box King Gaming and after shipping and taxes it was over $600. We received poorly constructed painted metal with plastic bases. Putting everything together was difficult, because the instructions in the box were worse than IKEA. We had to take it apart and put it back together again multiple times because the parts were not labeled. Additionally, there were two different types of parts in the box that were never mentioned in the box instructions and I had to contact support to get an additional 6 pages of useless instructions. By the end, we just guessed at how everything had to go together.Speaking of support, I contacted them again because after we put it together, we realized it was a hideous, poorly made piece of garbage that we could have found at Walmart for less than $150 and we wanted to return it for a refund. We were initially told a refund and return would be possible, but since sending them the information on our order and asking for return instructions, we've only been sent AI Chat Bot responses about how the shelves were designed to be 'innovative'. I'm not sure what about interlocking shelves is so specifically innovative, but even if that were true, it had nothing to do with our request for a refund. It's now been 3 days and we haven't been sent any more information on a return and refund process. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. If you have any problems with your order (and you probably will) you won't be hearing from their support team any time soon. And you only have 30 days after receiving your order to complete a return. I'm willing to bet they'll run out timer out on a response and tell us we can't return it because it's past the return window.
