We were missing 2 drawers from our gaming shelf order and the photo from the delivery person clearly showed too few boxes delivered for what we ordered. After arguing with the support person about whether the picture showed enough boxes were there they conceded that there were missing boxes and said they would send a replacement but had to verify the tracking issue with the delivery company first. That was October 10 and I emailed Oct. 21 for an update and was ghosted. I feel like a reputable company, after seeing the missing boxes, would send out a replacement immediately and sort it out with FedEx later. Update: they are finally sending me the missing item but it shouldn't have been so difficult and as long of a process to get them to do that as resending the lost item is the standard thing to do.
