This was my first order with this company, and while I liked most of the items, I encountered issues with two jock straps that didn't fit properly. They wouldn’t allow me to return them, even though they were unworn. If you order the wrong size, you’re out of luck. This reflects poorly on their customer service. It seems like you need to have a perfect understanding of your size, as sizes can differ. I would advise against ordering from this company due to their inadequate and unprofessional support.
