This was my first order with the company, and while I was generally satisfied with the products, I faced issues with two jock straps that didn’t fit properly. They wouldn’t accept a return, even though they were unworn. If you order the wrong size, you’re left with no options. This is unacceptable customer service. It feels like you need to predict your size accurately, as sizes can vary significantly. I would recommend being cautious with this company due to their poor and unprofessional customer service.
