I placed an order on Black Friday and was okay with a slight delay. After 8 days without any updates, I reached out to cancel if it hadn’t shipped. I was informed it hadn’t been dispatched yet, but the delay was acceptable, and cancellation wasn’t possible. I find it absurd that I can't cancel an item that hasn't even been sent. I will not be ordering from this unprofessional service again.
