First time ordering from Boxxco.. ordered a large stranger things box, waited a few weeks for it to arrive & when unboxing I discovered one of the pieces was broken. Considering I waited weeks for this I was highly disappointed, however… I got in contact with Boxxco through email and I heard back from them the same day.. within a day they had sent out a replacement and within a couple days I received it. My box is now all made and is perfect. Shame it was broken when first receiving however excellent communication from Boxxco made it less stressful and I am really happy with the finished product. I would definitely order again.
