Won't respond when anything is wrong. Order was delayed a month after they didn't put a proper address on the label. Wouldn't call DHL themselves to see what was wrong instead replied with maybe it will arrive soon. Finally received the case for Lego UCS Falcon which is missing the entire stand and customer service won't even respond to multiple requests. Case for UCS AT-AT also has missing pieces and came damaged. No response from customer service. Stay away from ordering from them. Having to file a dispute with credit card since can't get them to respond to send missing pieces.
