Poor quality builds (McLaren box is flexing and not aligned properly), hugely delayed in delivery times (said 1-2 weeks max, actually turned out to be 4 weeks), no instructions included, easily damaged pieces, poor design philosophy using screws and metal blocks and gaps all over the box lets dust in which was the main reason for purchase in the first place and although communication was pretty quick, it was rather poor. Things like "the website says 2-3 weeks" when the email after I paid said 1-2 weeks and "you should know we are moving premises" - not sure how I am supposed to know that or what difference it makes as a customer. I also contacted them for instructions but none were provided since the customer services agent told me "I have a new PC and they aren't on this one"... Wouldn't recommend.
