Deceptive bonus terms and poor customer service. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. I registered with the expectation of receiving the welcome bonus, made the required deposit, and used my card for payment, yet they are now denying the bonus. There was no clear indication during the deposit process that this method would not qualify. The card I used is a standard debit type, not one of the excluded payment methods they list. It feels like they are trying to find reasons to avoid honoring their own promotion. Customer support was unhelpful, providing generic responses with no real explanations or attempts to solve the problem. If bonuses are being advertised, they should be upfront about who qualifies to avoid wasting people's time. There are many other options available that don’t engage in these practices. I will not be returning to this service.
