Decent service but had issues

I ordered a set of windsurfing fins in December. The payment and shipping were smooth, but I received the wrong size and angle. I returned them at my own expense and received the correct fins shortly after. I understand mistakes can happen during the holiday rush, but this was the first time I had to cover the cost for a seller's error. Living in France, I ended up paying 10 EUR for shipping on a 40 EUR item. While I'm not overly concerned about the amount, the difference with local shops isn't worth the hassle in this case.
