I have emailed theses people at least 3 or 4 times. I want to cancel my order and yet no reply or acknowledgment.In spite of filling out at least 2 of their forms indicating my wish to cancel my order (#943002209640) today they have sent an email indicating they are preparing to ship this order even though I have tried to cancel it.Obviously they must be confident that I will not return the item and they will have my money. I have never encountered such fraudulent practices in all my life.
