Ordered a specific pendant for my wife, due to being out of town I haven't got a chance to open it up till recently. Only to find out they sent me the wrong thing.One chat person had no sincerity on the issue just tells me I have a label emailed to send back, no option to make it right or anything.Then I go to find out the item I ordered is no longer available.Will avoid this place, and tell everyone I know not to order.
