I had purchased an item as a Christmas gift. It is absolutely beautiful. However I was not made aware that this item was only 1 of a collection group. I received a 2nd item in Jan.2026. I have not opened nor do I want it. I want my money returned to credit card. I have tried to return the unwanted item without any success. I did speak with someone from customer service and was told they would email me a return label,, this is impossible to obtain. Now on 2nd attempt to return an item that I didn’t order nor do I want. I spent time on an online service and kept getting cut off and having to state over again. Returns should be made easy not impossible.
The product is beautiful, Customer Service is impossible and for this reason I will never order from them again. I will also tell everyone I know to prder from Amazon where some products are just as beautiful at half the price and Returns are made so very easy.All I want is a return label and a phone number to talk to a real person.
