I moved in a year ago when I started my new job. Throughout the process the landlady, Emma, was very helpful and provided me with plenty of information for a quick and smooth transition. The whole process was very straightforward. During my time living here, Emma and John have been great at dealing with any and all problems I have had and they have been quickly resolved. They keep in contact as well to make sure everything is ok and provide us with ongoing useful information. They have made me feel incredibly welcomed. The house itself is fantastic and to a very high standard, and the housemates are all very friendly as well. In addition to this, they have been great during the Covid19 lockdown period, and I couldn't think of anything more they could have done. They have made this whole situation stress free and straightforward. I would highly recommend Braecroft Properties to anyone needing a home and doesn't want the fuss of needing to deal with multiple bills, all for a very reasonable price, along with great housemates, and a great landlady and landlord.
