The maxi-caftan is amazing, warm, soft, perfect size and lenght, I wear it everyday ! And the color is soooo beautiful !But the best was the client service ! I changed my order and they find ways, and when I wanted a return, because of the sizing of the pants and top, Francesca took the time the give me all the explanation & be super warm, in addition of being super reactive. We can feel the client satisfaction is on top of everything and they try hard to do their best. It's so precious, it's been a while since I didn't have a customer experience like that !
