I strongly advise against ordering from this seller. I purchased a set of dumbbells during a major sale, and they arrived on 26/11. Unfortunately, one of the dumbbells came with a broken stand, rendering it unusable since the weight-changing mechanism was faulty. I contacted customer support on the same day to request a replacement stand, and I was assured it would arrive within a week. After a week passed without any updates, I followed up, only to be informed that the bases were out of stock and a replacement would be sent as soon as possible. The last communication I received indicated that new stock would arrive in mid-January, and they would dispatch my replacement then. That timeframe has also come and gone, and I still haven’t received anything. It has been nearly two months since I received a defective product, and I remain uncertain about when my replacement stand will finally arrive. Meanwhile, they continue to sell to new customers, suggesting they have stock available. It seems they prioritize profit over resolving existing customer issues. I highly recommend avoiding any orders here.
